All sales are finaCONDITIONS OF SALE: ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, including but not limited to condition, quality, quantity, merchantability, or fitness for resale. Buyer assumes all risk upon delivery. Savingz Mart Wholesale is not liable for the condition, count, contents, or resale performance of any merchandise.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – FINAL SALE / NO CHARGEBACKS: By submitting payment via credit or debit card, the Customer expressly authorizes Integrity Wholesale to charge the card provided for the full invoiced amount and acknowledges that all sales are FINAL. Customer irrevocably agrees that NO chargebacks, payment disputes, reversals, or payment holds shall be initiated for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with goods, freight issues, delivery delays, manifest discrepancies, or resale performance. Customer assumes full and sole liability for all purchases made via credit card and waives any and all rights to dispute the transaction through their card issuer, bank, or payment processor. Any attempted chargeback or dispute shall constitute a material breach of contract, and Customer agrees that Savingz Mart Wholesale may pursue immediate collection, including but not limited to: • Recovery of the disputed amount • Chargeback and processor fees • Administrative costs • Collection costs • Attorney’s fees (where permitted by law) Customer further agrees that this invoice, payment receipt, and these terms constitute written authorization and proof of consent for the transaction. CHARGEBACK PENALTY CLAUSE: In the event a chargeback is initiated, Customer agrees to a chargeback penalty of $500 or 25% of the invoice total (whichever is greater), in addition to the full disputed amount and any processor fees incurred.
